London Shootfighter John Hathaway takes his undefeated record to 13-0

14th Nov 2009

London Shootfighter John Hathaway took his undefeated record to 13-0 after crushing Paul Taylor in a unanimous decision victory at UFC 105 in Manchester. 'Hitman' Hathaway, the youngest fighter in the UFC took on the very tough and more experienced Taylor in a battle between two English fighters and won every round with excellent wrestling and devastating ground and pound all backed up by a relentless pace that Taylor found hard to keep up with. Taylor showed fantastic heart, hanging in the fight as the referee looked on closely in case it needed stopping, but showed the price by the time the bell rang having taken a lot of damage from Hathaway's strikes. John, happy with his third UFC victory this year but disappointed not to finish the fight, was proud to be sponsored for the fight by legendary fightware company Everlast and Hitman fight gear.
